Sample Preliminary Budget

The budget for Landscape Development is a figure that can be understood in several ways. It is useful to take a long term view of your project and to spread the total budget over its useful life.

This cost should represent the maximum investment you would like to make in your property. This investment can be made immediately, if you do it all at once, or in stages. All the stages can be planned at the outset so that each one fits into the "master plan."

The following figures show what a simple budget looks like for a medium-sized landscape project::
